Nafeh Sebai
Founder CEO
As the founder and CEO of Bella Medical Products, Nafeh Sebai is committed to delivering products with proven results to the medical aesthetic industry worldwide. Mr. Sebai’s education and professional experience speak to his ability to provide the sound leadership and strategic planning that make Bella Medical an industry leader. Prior to founding Bella Medical, Mr. Sebai was the CEO and co-owner of Vitality Institute Medical Products, manufacturer of the VI Peel. In his four years as CEO, he was instrumental in building the business from a start-up company to an internationally known brand. His previous experience was in distribution, where he served as President at both Master Tile and Tredex California, Inc. Mr. Sebai moved to the United States from Lebanon in 1977. He earned a B.S. in Business from the University of Denver and an MBA from USC. He lives in Los Angeles.

Sam Sebai
Vice President
Sam Sebai is the Vice President of Bella Medical. He shapes the in-house agenda and directives for the company and oversees international distribution and exclusive partnerships.
Sam has extensive experience in business strategy, marketing, and international and domestic product distribution. He enjoys helping prospective clients with broad-based and comprehensive knowledge of The Perfect Derma Peel products.
A graduate of Loyola Marymount University, Sam is a world traveler fluent in English, French, Arabic, and Spanish. He enjoys basketball, soccer, traveling, and exploring new cultures in his free time. Sam lives in Los Angeles. -
Lana Partridge
Vice President of Operations
Lana Partridge joined Bella Medical Products in 2011 as the Territory Sales Manager for the greater Los Angeles area. She quickly climbed the company ladder to become Vice President of Operations. Born in Croatia, Mrs. Partridge spent many years in Germany before coming to Los Angeles and is fluent in English, Croatian, and German. Lana oversees all company assets, including business development, management of the national sales force, and day-to-day operations. In addition, Lana is also a Certified Trainer for The Perfect Derma™ Peel in California. She provides superior and extensive product support and training for medical professionals. Having previously owned and operated her own business in the fashion industry, Lana is passionate about helping women feel and look their best from the inside out. That passion is exemplified in her work at Bella Medical Products. Lana lives in Los Angeles.

Maggie Morales
Director of Sales and Marketing
Maggie Morales is a professional with extensive experience in the beauty industry. Her natural passion and curiosity led her to resounding success in all corners of the cosmetics sector. Maggie brings 20 years of experience in sales and product development with Global Contract Manufacturing and Prestige Brands to Bella Medical Products. She manages all aspects of Product Development, Training, and Education for the national sales team. She provides exceptional product knowledge to providers on a global scale. Maggie is a Licensed Skin Specialist in the state of California and is fluent in Spanish.

Dina Mansour
PR and Social Media Marketing Manager
Dina Mansour joined the Bella Medical Team in 2019. She is the PR and Social Marketing Media Manager for The Perfect Derma™ Peel and the host of The Perfect Derma™ Peel's monthly IG Lives. She supports traditional/conventional PR and social media relations campaigns for the business and its consumers. Dina is also in charge of managing Bella Medical's communication initiatives with media personnel. Her creative mind and love for the beauty industry came from her 20+ years of experience working in the cosmetic industry. She opened up her own Salon/Spa in 1999 and, after much hard work, sold it in 2016. She gets her business sense and work ethic from her father, who was a successful entrepreneur. She gets her great cooking skills from her mother who is an exceptional cook, especially her Lebanese food. Dina is a proud mother of two beautiful daughters.
Dina was born and raised in Canada then moved to the United States with her family in the early 80's. She lives in beautiful San Diego, California. -
Michelle Ray
Senior Educator
Michelle Ray was part of the Bella Medical team from 2014 to 2018 and rejoined as Senior Educator in 2022. Her passion for skincare and all things beauty began in her twenties. After receiving her degree in journalism, Michelle held roles in medical skincare marketing, outside sales, education, content creation, and product development. She has also created content for hair care, skincare, and spas as a freelance writer/consultant. Michelle is a serious "product junkie" who once had nine different cleansers in her shower but now only has her favorite, The Perfect Derma Cleanser. She is also a commercial actor and, as a longtime natural medicine advocate, writes about skincare, women's health, and healthy living. Michelle divides her time between Los Angeles and Asheville, NC. She enjoys live music, photography, being in nature, and spending time with her husband and two rescue cats.
